Responsibilities
* Provide expertise in Mechanical and Piping systems within the Gas industry projects.
* Lead Mechanical and Piping aspects of multi-discipline projects from concept through to completion.
* Assist with the development of the Mechanical and Piping work scope, delivery strategy and programme.
* Assist with the development and review of Mechanical and Piping designs.
* Manage installation and pre‑commissioning activities.
* Coordinate key stakeholders to achieve a successful delivery of various projects.
* Input and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) aligned with company, national and project specifications.
* Challenge technical specifications where necessary.
* Develop and manage pre‑commissioning documentation.
* Work with the planning team to develop programme for your area of responsibility.
* Monitor and report against programme/progress and contribute to programme updates, producing look‑ahead programmes as required.
* Collaborate with the supply chain partners' requirements and incorporate into the project programme.
Qualifications & Skills
* Good knowledge of static and rotating equipment, pipework, valves and inline equipment.
* Good knowledge of design, process safety and procurement.
* Ability to manage and coordinate Mechanical and Piping aspects of large EPC projects.
* Preferably a relevant Engineering degree held; minimum HNC qualification.
* Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
