As a clinical correspondence processor you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical secretarial team to provide outstanding service to the department’s clinicians and patients. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and wish to be part of a team striving to make a difference and have the opportunity to develop your skills and you can answer “yes” to the above then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* This is a 20 hour per week role. Work pattern to be agreed (within core hours).
* The successful candidate will undertake clinical correspondence letter processing by proof-reading and editing text from speech recognition software.
* Demonstrate a good level of IT skills along with excellent spelling and good keyboard skills.
* You should have a flexible "can do" attitude, be hard-working and personable.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Proven IT skills with strong spelling and keyboard proficiency.
* Ability to proof-read and edit text from speech recognition software.
* Flexible, proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
