The Role: Youll play a key part in keeping the Leeds office running smoothly, supporting both daily operations and the Senior Leadership Team. The role involves managing suppliers, coordinating travel and meetings, overseeing health & safety compliance, and supporting IT/system projects. No two days are the same, making this ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain filing systems Provide admin support to the Executive Assistant and leadership team Book travel, coordinate diaries, and arrange meetings and catering Assist with fleet and insurance administration About You: Experienced in office administration or a similar PA role Exceptionally organised with strong communication skills Confident using Microsoft Office Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
