Sponne is an outstanding community comprehensive school with some 1412 students aged 11-18 on roll with 167 staff. The school is part of Tove Learning Trust, comprising of fifteen schools and has a training school and the Grand Union Training Partnership on site. We are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Teacher of Maths to join our outstanding team from July/September 2026. The successful candidate will be able to teach maths and GCSE and A Level, will be
a team player willing to contribute to, and learn from, the best practice in the school. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and, together with the other Maths teachers, maintain a relentless focus on teaching and learning and raising achievement. Outcomes are very positive and the faculty is well resourced.
A Level uptake is always high including further maths provision. Opportunities exist for future career advancement within the schools which form the Tove Learning Trust.
