National Account Manager / BDM – Garden Centre Groups
£45k to £55k basic plus bonus plus choice of either a company car or car allowance plus performance-based bonus.
Our client is a leading supplier of turf and specialist garden chemicals and with a loyal customer base throughout the UK. The majority of the company’s sales currently come from independent garden centres and agri-stores however the company has made the strategic decision to pursue new business with the National garden centre groups and buying groups. We have been retained to find an outstanding individual with experience of and who is well connected with the head office buyers with national garden centre groups and national ( garden centre ) buying groups.
To be considered for this exciting position you should have recent relevant experience of selling into National Garden Centre groups, and ideally in a similar or related category. The company’s growth curve is exponential and so are the career prospects of anybody who joins them within the next twelve months. Experience of people management would be something of a bonus but is absolutely not essential.
