The Head of Strategic Investment is a new role, created to bring dedicated, specialist leadership to our capital investment, asset management, development and sustainability programmes at a time when the quality and performance of our homes has never been more important. It is a role for someone who can turn data into decisions, manage complex programmes with confidence, and help us build a smarter, more sustainable asset base for the future.
Reporting to the Property Director and sitting on our Senior Leadership Team, this role will be central to how we invest in and improve our homes. It is a genuine opportunity to shape and lead across a broad brief from within an important new directorate, and make a real difference to those we serve.
We are looking for a specialist with strong technical knowledge and strategic capability; someone who is delivery-focused and commercially aware, experienced in asset management or development, and motivated by the chance to make a lasting impact in a values-driven organisation where individual contributions genuinely matter. The role would be ideal for someone who understands the strategic picture but is equally energised by delivery and outstanding operational performance.
