Night Section Manager - Retail
There is a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Night Section Manager, you'll motivate your Section Leaders to uphold high standards across your department, maximize product availability, and drive sales. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain shop floor standards and coach your team accordingly. You will be responsible for ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and that back-of-house areas operate safely and efficiently. As part of the leadership team, you'll work a rolling rota including 4 nights over 7 days, with weekend shifts. You will be the sole person responsible for the store during the night shift, so confidence in overseeing store operations is essential, especially since this store operates 24 hours.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. A friendly and proactive attitude, along with a team-oriented approach, is important. You should be enthusiastic, capable of coaching, mentoring, and motivating others. As a role model, you'll ensure customers enjoy a great shopping experience.
