About the Role:
* Work on a broad and high-quality caseload with significant client exposure from day one.
* Advise on complex matters including sales and purchases of agricultural land, farms, estates, investment acquisitions and disposals, and development projects.
* Handle equine property transactions, farming partnerships, and agricultural/business tenancies.
* Genuine variety with opportunities to deepen your expertise across the agricultural and rural property sector.
What We’re Looking For:
* Newly Qualified or experienced Solicitors (NQ+) with strong technical real estate experience from a leading regional or City firm.
* Demonstrable experience in agricultural property matters and excellent client care skills.
* Ambition to develop long-term relationships and broaden exposure within the agricultural industry.
