Client Services Manager – Domiciliary Care
Join a leading domiciliary care provider supporting adults aged 18+ to live independently in their own homes. This role involves managing the client journey end-to-end—from assessments and onboarding to care planning and reviews—ensuring consistent, high-quality, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee care planning, assessments, and quality monitoring
* Line manage the care quality team
* Build strong relationships with clients and families
* Support care staff performance, appraisals, and supervisions
* Conduct client reviews and service audits
* Contribute to compliance and regulatory standards
* Participate in on-call rota (paid £350/week)
Requirements:
* Background in domiciliary or community care
* Experience managing care delivery and supervising teams
* Level 5 Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
* Strong communication, planning, and IT skills
* Driver with access to a vehicle
