Role Overview As our Senior People Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle. From welcoming new starters to supporting day-to-day People processes, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately and with care. You’ll be the first point of contact for People administration queries, acting as a trusted and reliable support for colleagues across the business. Working closely with the wider People team, you’ll help create an organised, compliant and people-first environment where great processes quietly enable great work. This is a hybrid role, with approximately 2 days per week working from our offices in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) and Shipton-under-Wychwood (Oxfordshire).
