Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bidford-on-Avon (must drive due to location)
Salary: £23,500 – £25,000
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
We’re looking for a proactive, friendly, and confident Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team based in Bidford-on-Avon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering a high standard of service over the phone and via email.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients via telephone and email
2. Maintain clear and accurate customer records using internal systems
3. Make outbound follow-up and prospecting calls to support ongoing business growth
4. Support administrative tasks including document handling, filing, and data entry
5. Help resolve customer queries efficiently to maintain excellent client satisfaction
6. Assist with internal marketing and business development campaigns
7. Collaborate with the wider team to implement both short- and long-term project goals
What We’re Looking For:
8. Previous experience in a customer service or telephone-based role
9. Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
10. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
11. A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
12. Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport (due to location)
13. Background or interest in the beauty industry is a plus but not essential
