We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hub Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Bassetlaw Day Opportunities site. You will be required to work across a district at different buildings. The coordinator will support the Bassetlaw and Newark teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

You will oversee the daily operational activities at the day opportunities site and maintain and monitor standards, including quality assurance and compliance. You will manage day opportunities for individuals using a strength-based approach and ensure legal compliance with health and safety policies and operational requirements.

You will have oversight of the care planning and its implementation and give guidance and support to colleagues in this area. You will handle referrals and represent the site to stakeholders and communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders. You will manage HR processes and escalate issues as needed and manage these effectively. The Hub coordinator will oversee all financial management related to site operations and develop day opportunities through co-production.

You will ensure operational activities comply with NCC policies, legislation, and practice guidelines and will maintain health and safety standards for people using services, staff, premises, and equipment, to ensure we meet practice and quality standards for day opportunities. The hub coordinator will oversee medication administration and recording procedures.

You will supervise staff and ensure timely performance reviews. Maintaining confidentiality of information and records for people that attend and team members. Always ensuring that excellent delivery of customer service, covering for the Team Manager as required.

You must have a Professional care qualification or equivalent (Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care preferred) or be expected to work towards. Or a Management qualification or equivalent (Level 4 Management preferred) or expected to work towards.

You must have a minimum of three years' experience in service delivery of a care setting. Have Experience in empowering and advocating for individuals. Experience in planning, organising, and delivering complex activities. Experience in supervision and financial management and have a knowledge of relevant legislation.
