Your new role
Supporting the HR Director whilst they manage some change projects, this role will be responsible for managing the HR team to ensure annual cyclical processes run smoothly whilst supporting with some ad hoc change work for a UK population. You will also partner with the senior leadership team and drive HR strategy aligned to business needs and will be the escalation point for any ER matters.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have proven experience of operating as a UK HR Director for an engineering or consulting business or similar. It is essential that you have managed a large HR team and have worked in a mix of HR strategy and operations to ensure annual HR cycle is delivered. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and canmit to a 6 month contract. For the right person, this role could be extended.
