Electrical Shift Supervisor Position
We are actively seeking an Electrical Shift Supervisor to join a further education institute in the Warwickshire area on a permanent basis. Benefits include hybrid working, flexible hours, 33 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and opportunities for further training and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all buildings comply with company and safety regulations.
2. Resolve customer issues or inquiries.
3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and training.
4. Train and support new and existing employees.
5. Oversee a team of mechanical and electrical operatives across sites.
6. Work with electrical and mechanical building services.
Requirements:
1. Deep understanding of Health & Safety practices.
2. Qualified to at least City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Maintenance.
3. Experience with mechanical or electrical building services.
4. Certifications: 18th Edition, 2391, 2395.
Salary and Benefits:
* £40,637 - £44,588 (including shift supplement).
* Hybrid and flexible working hours.
* Pension scheme.
* 33 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
