Provide professional skincare consultations and product recommendations based on thorough skin analysis
Maintain exemplary standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room presentation in accordance with industry regulations
Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment history and preferences
Remain informed of current industry developments, emerging skincare technologies, and best practice standards
Support business growth through appropriate retail recommendations and promotion of additional services
Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctuality and a seamless client journey
Person Specification
Proven experience or recognised training in skincare and beauty therapy
Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
Strong interpersonal abilities with a warm yet polished approach to client care
Highly organised, with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
Relevant beauty therapy qualifications or certifications are desirable
