Early Years Support Worker-
As an Early Years Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children aged 0–5 with learning disabilities through their early developmental stages. You’ll provide hands-on support in play, learning, personal care, and social interaction, helping them build the foundations for a happy and confident life.
At Completely Care, we provide high-quality care and early intervention for young children with learning disabilities and developmental needs. Our specialist setting is a safe, nurturing, and play-led environment where every child is encouraged to grow, explore, and flourish at their own pace.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Supporting children in early play and learning activities tailored to individual developmental needs
5. Assisting with feeding, personal care, and daily routines
6. Encouraging social interaction, communication, and emotional development
7. Following individual care and education plans
8. Recording observations and contributing to progress reports
9. Working closely with families, early years teachers, and healthcare professionals
We’re looking for someone who:
10. Has experience working with children, ideally in early years or supporting additional needs
11. Holds (or is willing to work towards) a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
12. Understands the importance of play-based learning and routine
13. Is empathetic, observant, and proactive
14. Has a calm and caring approach to behavioural and developmental challenges
15. Able to travel to different locations within the Cheltenham area.
