As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering outstanding food while developing your skills in a professional and creative kitchen.
What We're Looking For:
· A chef with experience in quality kitchens and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
· A willingness to learn, grow, and take guidance from senior chefs.
· Strong cooking skills with attention to detail in presentation and consistency.
· Good organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
· A solid understanding of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
· A positive, team-focused attitude with a desire to progress to more senior roles in the future.

Your Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the daily preparation and service of dishes.
· Maintain high standards of cooking and presentation across all sections.
· Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
· Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
· Help train and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters when required.
· Contribute to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences in both the restaurant and events.
