Hays Senior Finance are partnering with a Leisure business based in Herefordshire. You will be a resilient and driven Finance Manager - Operations inspired by a fast-paced performance driven culture. My client is an award winning social enterprise, registered charity and leading leisure trust operating 23 facilities across Herefordshire, Bridgend County, Merthyr Tydfil, Gloucestershire, Shropshire and Wiltshire.
Salary circa £50 000 per annum, full time, hybrid working - mixture of home and head office / site working. As part of the Finance team, you will bring a supportive but challenging approach to empower operational management colleagues with robust financial information and advice that ensures effective internal and external control and rapid business growth. This crucial leadership role demands experience at a senior finance level and CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualification is a must.
