About the Role:
As a New Build & Shared Ownership Conveyancing Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complexities of property transactions. Your expertise will help first-time buyers and seasoned homeowners alike achieve their dreams of owning a home.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of new build and shared ownership transactions from initial instruction to completion.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
