We are currently recruiting a Restaurant General Manager as we add Pizza Hut to our portfolio.
Reports To: Principal Operator/Area Manager
Position Overview
Lead the restaurant management team and staff, overseeing daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service using your business expertise and management skills.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Manage all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations and equipment maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards, developing action plans for improvements.
3. Maintain financial health by achieving food cost and labor goals.
4. Manage P&L statements in accordance with financial control standards.
5. Adapt quickly to market trends and environmental changes, modifying store plans to meet business targets.
Leadership Responsibilities:

3. Recruit, hire, and plan bench strength.
4. Implement training programs to meet standards, maximize performance, and support career development.
5. Oversee training, development, and performance management of team members.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in multi-outlet food retail or service industry.
2. Proven track record with KPIs and primary profit responsibility.
3. Certification in Leading a Restaurant (LAR).
4. Clear ITC check.
5. Willingness to move between restaurants as needed.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
