Role Description
Looking for Client Executive/Account Handler, located in Inverness but are looking to expand across Scotland too so don't let the location hinder you joining. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing expert advice on insurance and risk management solutions. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting consultations, and supporting sales initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for navigating client communications and maintaining detailed records.

* Strong Communication and Consulting skills
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Proven experience in the insurance industry is a plus
