My client is a strong independent brand looking to hire a lettings negotiator to join their busy and friendly team in Pinner. Nestled in admits of the busy High Street, the trusted and well respected company have a solid reputation in the local area.
Their primary focus is delivering exceptional service to all clients and tenants, providing a consultative approach in all aspects of business.
The role
The position is an all encompassing letting negotiator role reporting to and working alongside the Senior Lettings team. The day will always be varied and duties will include dealing with incoming leads, registering and verifying prospective tenants, conducting viewings, maintaining the CRM system is up to date, ensuring administration and compliance is carried out accordingly.
The office is close knit and the team work collaboratively at all times, this is an expectation and transparency working together is key to continued success.

1. 2 years plus experience as a lettings negotiator
2. Strong work ethic and a passion for property
3. An ability to work well within a small team working towards the same goal
4. Keen to move away from the corporate world and work in an non-competitive environment
5. Friendly, energetic, warm and welcoming
6. Must have full driving licence and own car
The small print
7. Salary circa £28k-£32k - depending on experience and could increase
8. Additional hourly rate for Saturdays
9. Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
10. Alternate Saturdays - 10am - 3pm
11. 21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
