What You'll Bring
* Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
* 37+ years of experience in aviation MRO, aerospace, repair operations, or a similar customer service environment
* Proven experience managing AOG situations and time-critical logistics
* Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly SD and MM modules (PM knowledge would be advantageous)
* Familiarity with MRO systems, aviation ERP tools, and repair order processes
* Understanding of airworthiness documentation and aviation regulatory compliance requirements
* Advanced Excel and reporting skills
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and compliance
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Lean or Six Sigma experience is desirable
