We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time basis, supporting pupils with special educational needs. You will play a key role in helping children to access learning, develop independence, and thrive within the school environment.

Start Date: Monday 3rd November
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo.
Assist in adapting learning materials and resources to suit individual needs.
Support the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and communication skills.
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and strategies as directed.
Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils.
Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
Adaptable, resilient, and proactive in meeting children’s individual needs.
A team player with good communication skills.
Ideally experienced in working with children with SEN (though training will be provided).
