Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Head of Commercial Sales to build, lead and scale the companys new-business function. This role is central to driving revenue across three core service lines and shaping the commercial future of the organisation. Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Strategy Develop and execute the commercial strategy for all service offerings Create compelling value propositions and customer messaging Lead pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations Identify and prioritise high-value market segments 2. New Business Development Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities Secure customers across brands, retailers, distributors and B2B sectors Deliver pitches, tenders and proposals Attend meetings, trade shows and industry events to drive outreach Establish recurring and long-term commercial accounts 3. Marketing Leadership Set the marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives Ensure marketing activities drive qualified leads and brand growth Oversee digital assets, brochures, catalogues, case studies and campaigns Maintain consistent brand positioning across all service offerings 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to ensure opportunities are commercially viable and ready for production: Procurement: sourcing and costings aligned to machine capability R&D: feasibility checks, formulation support and sampling Technical: manufacturability and production alignment Administration: system setup, documentation and onboarding You will define commercial priorities and guide these functions to support growth. Required Skills & Experience Essential Proven commercial or sales leadership in B2B manufacturing, chemicals, cosmetics, FMCG or white-label environments Track record of successfully building revenue streams from zero Experience selling multi-offering or service-based solutions Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills Ability to lead and influence a marketing function Desirable Existing customer network across NI/ROI/UK Understanding of sourcing, formulation and manufacturing processes Experience in contract manufacturing or private-label environments Contact Nicky Strutt
