Responsibilities:
1. Manage portfolio of critical orders and execute them on time, on quality, and on budget.
2. Improve existing, and establish new processes and documentation to efficiently manage key areas of responsibility.
3. Work collaboratively with teams in the US and China.
4. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal clients and other departments.
5. Project Management: Work with internal and external clients on strategic and tactical aspects of projects, including SOW, scope, issues/risks, schedule, estimates, budget, quality, communication, and relationships.
6. Participate in project kick-offs, status, and review meetings.
7. Ensure project requirements are clearly scoped, communicated, and delivered.
8. Establish work plans for projects involving stakeholders, inter-departmental groups, and Creative Services teams.
9. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring completion within budget and on time.
10. Maintain high quality standards demanded by BDA and its clients.
11. Close, bill, and report on projects.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Experience Requirements:
* BA degree in business, manufacturing, project management, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, project, logistics, materials, production, resource, and vendor management, especially with Chinese factories.
* Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
* Understanding of cost drivers including manufacturing, materials, labor, duty, and shipping rates.
* Proven project management skills with scope, schedule, budget, and resource tracking.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
* Experience with bobble/toy/action figures (poly resin) highly valued.
* Ability to balance productivity and quality.
* Experience working with external vendors.
* Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, presentation, and writing skills.
* Ability to work effectively with sales, purchasing, product development teams, and clients.
* High professionalism, customer service, and positive image promotion.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
