Role Description
As Analyst for the Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO) you will support in shaping, establishing and enabling the programme office for a major, strategic programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and optimising project delivery.
You will be primarily focused on supporting the Programme Manager in preparing and delivering appropriate governance and adherence to standards. The role will focus on extensive data reconciliation to support the programme, providing insight and progress tracking to enable programme outcomes.
You will be part of the wider Transformation Office team but will be dedicated to the Columbus Programme to support in the creation and implementation of ETMO activities.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £50,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
Key Accountabilities
* Assist the Programme team in defining and managing the overall programme, including benefit tracing, oversight of delivery plans, key milestone tracking and cross workstream dependencies
* Maintain and update project documentation, including benefits tracker, project plans, RAID log, status reports and governance content and pre-read material
* Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes
* Track and manage project resource allocation, utilisation and forecasting
* Interface with the UK Finance function to support in budget management, financial analysis, oversight of financial tracking.
* Provide oversight for third party contracts and purchase orders including all related financial processes (approvals, accruals, invoice and payment processing).
* Providing support and guidance to project managers and programme managers to align with best practices
Essential Skills
* Some experience in project management delivery and ETMO/PMOroles, preferably within Allianz
* Experience of using programme management and communication tools such as Confluence, Jira and PowerPoint
* Ability to understand complex issues, simplify and resolve to drive successful outcomes
* Efficient & results-oriented working style, and positive, pragmatic attitude, delivering successfully on time bound activities
* Management of large data sets, driving reporting and insight capabilities to track programme outcomes
Technical Skills
* Understanding in project management and ETMOroles
* Experience of working in a large-scale programme whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
* Experience in managing large data sets and leveraging tooling to provide oversight and reporting
* Experience of contributing to programme level plans, RAID logs, benefit trackers and budget trackers in appropriate tools (Excel, PPT, Jira)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of the core ETMO tools (Jira) and importance of data integrity
* Good analytical and reasoning skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, with an ability to work independently when needed
* Able to collaborate with all levels within the UK OE and act as a change agent
