Behaviour Mentor – Tameside
Are you an experienced behaviour mentor looking for a new role? Prospero Teaching are currently seeking strong and resilient behaviour mentors to join a large SEMH provision in the Tameside area.
The school supports pupils aged 11-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues. You will be required to support pupils on a 1-1 basis and offer both academic and emotional mentoring. The role is full-time and will be long-term.
Position Details

* Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time only
* Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience
* Start date: ASAP
* End date: Ongoing, Long-Term
Experience, Training & Qualifications
* Previous experience supporting SEMH, within community or school based roles
* A full UK driving licence is highly desired
* Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Eligibility
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
