This role focuses on non-engine mechanical, electrical, and body-related fitting work following accident repairs. Key Responsibilities Remove and refit steering, suspension, subframes, axles, and chassis components Carry out mechanical and electrical fitting related to body and accident damage Align and refit components to manufacturer specifications Diagnose and repair accident-related faults (excluding engines) Work closely with panel beaters and painters to ensure high-quality repairs Maintain excellent standards of safety, workmanship, and cleanliness Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Bodyworks Fitter / MEP Fitter or similar role Strong knowledge of steering, suspension, braking, and chassis systems Experience within a vehicle accident repair environment Must have own tools MEP qualifications beneficial Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Relevant trade qualifications or time-served experience preferred Full UK drivin...
