The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established and busy dealership in Eastleigh looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing aftersales team, offering strong earning potential and a great working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles
* Manage service and repair bookings efficiently
* Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
* Upsell additional work and services where appropriate
* Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
* Handle invoicing, job cards, and customer queries
* Deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times
About You
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Upselling experience and target-driven mindset
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence preferred
