What We're Looking For:
British Sign Language (BSL) qualification - Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred
Previous experience supporting children with hearing impairments in an educational setting
Natural ability to connect with children and adapt communication approaches to meet individual needs
Strong understanding of deaf awareness and inclusive practices
Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's education and wellbeing
Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Full commitment to safeguarding and championing every child's welfare
