This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in residential conveyancing who enjoys variety in their role. You’ll support the fee earners with a range of administrative tasks and occasionally cover front-of-house duties — perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction alongside their legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist conveyancers with preparing documents and managing files: Strengthen your practical knowledge in property law
* Handle client communications and queries: Build confidence in client care and service delivery
* Draft standard documents and maintain case records: Improve your attention to detail and document-handling skills
* Provide occasional front-desk cover and reception support: Be a friendly face for clients visiting the office
Requirements:
* Experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or in a similar legal support role
* Understanding of residential property transactions
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable balancing legal admin with some reception duties
