Key Responsibilities Supervise pupils in the classroom, ensuring they remain on task with work set by the absent teacher. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, promoting a safe and positive learning atmosphere. Respond to pupils' questions and provide general assistance where appropriate, without actively teaching the lesson content. Report back to teaching staff on pupil progress, behaviour, and any issues arising during cover lessons.
