Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEN during outdoor activities and learning sessions. Assist in planning and adapting activities to meet the individual needs of the child. Foster positive relationships with the child, their family, and other team members. Monitor and record the child's progress and development, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders. Always ensure the safety and well-being of the child during outdoor activities. What We're Looking for: Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational or outdoor setting is desirable but not essential. Understanding of different learning needs and the ability to adapt support accordingly. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents. Passion for outdoor education and a commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity. Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required.
