Duration: ~1 month Platform: Web (desktop browser only – no mobile) Start: Immediate / ASAP Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to build a web-based interactive learning and induction tool for machinery and equipment training. The project involves creating an interactive training experience that can be: Exported as SCORM for LMS use Viewed via alternative web-based viewers (non-LMS environments) This tool will be used for interactive inductions, not entertainment or gaming. Scope of Work Develop an interactive learning application in Unity Build for WebGL / browser-based delivery Implement SCORM-compliant exports (SCORM 1.2 or 2004) Support non-SCORM viewing options (standalone web viewer or similar) Create interactive elements such as: click-through machinery components,guided sequences / scenarios, basic assessments or confirmations (if applicable) Work with supplied assets, references, or machinery models (or integrate placeholders where needed) Technical Requirements Strong experience with Unity (WebGL builds) Demonstrated experience with SCORM integration Understanding of WebGPU Understanding of eLearning / training tools, not just games Ability to optimise for browser performance Clean, well-structured project delivery suitable for handover Nice to Have Prior work on industrial, safety, or induction training Experience with interactive 3D machinery or simulations Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM testing tools Deliverables Fully functional web-based interactive learning tool SCORM package(s) ready for LMS upload Non-SCORM web viewing option Source project files and build instructions How to Apply Please include: Relevant Unity WebGL projects Any SCORM or eLearning examples Brief explanation of how you’ve handled SCORM in Unity Availability for the next month
