As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will be a key member of the multidisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a clinical setting. This role is suitable for registered nurses and provides opportunities to develop clinical skills, professional knowledge, and leadership capabilities.
You will be accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care, ensuring it is evidence-based and tailored to individual patient needs. Working under the guidance of senior nursing staff, you will participate in maintaining a safe, effective, and compassionate care environment.
The post holder is expected to work collaboratively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team to promote health, prevent illness, and support recovery. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards of care, patient safety, and clinical governance.
This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria. For example, applicants for the Senior HCA role must be able to evidence a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role to qualify for sponsorship.

The Band 5 Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring patient safety, dignity, and wellbeing. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for a defined group of patients, working both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary team. The role is to provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care while contributing to continuous improvement in patient outcomes, experience, and service delivery.
