We’re a friendly, growing accountancy practice based in Thornaby-on-Tees, and we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our office-based team.

🧾 What You’ll Be Doing:
•\tGreeting clients for in-office appointments with warmth and professionalism
•\tOnboarding new clients – sending welcome packs, collecting key information, and ensuring all setup steps are complete
•\tRegistering clients for taxes including VAT, PAYE, Self Assessment, and Corporation Tax
•\tHandling incoming calls and emails
•\tManaging diaries and scheduling meetings
•\tFiling, scanning, data entry, and maintaining up-to-date client records
•\tProviding general admin support to the wider team

👀 What We’re Looking For:
•\tPrevious admin or office experience (accountancy or professional services is a bonus)
•\tStrong communication and organisational skills
•\tConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•\tProfessional, friendly manner with a focus on client care
•\tAbility to handle confidential information with care
