Who You Are An experienced Social Worker with a degree in Social Work, registered with the HCPC, and evidence of continuing professional development. You have experience working in multi-agency teams, handling complex cases independently, and possess an understanding of relevant legislation for both adults and children. You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of individuals, families, and carers while respecting diversity. What the Job Involves This role involves independently managing a caseload to carry out community care and safeguarding assessments for complex cases. You will provide expert opinions, liaise with various departments and agencies, record and analyze information critically, and undertake statutory duties related to safeguarding. Additionally, you will provide support to carers and prospective adopters, plan and review service plans, and contribute to multi-agency teams to deliver coordinated service responses. Your work will also involve preparing reports and evidence for court proceedings and engaging in preventative work with individuals and families.
