We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join a friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking primary care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse practice population in leafy Kingston with 3 sites (including a University site) and 23,000 patients.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, primarily through 15-minute face-to-face consultations, alongside a small number of telephone consultations for results. You will also undertake routine GP duties including reviewing test results, processing prescriptions, and managing clinical correspondence—carefully capped to ensure a safe and sustainable workload.
We foster a collaborative and supportive environment, with regular clinical meetings with lunch provided, peer support, and educational sessions. You will be encouraged to develop specialist interests, with opportunities to shape your role and contribute to service development.
