Responsibilities
* Build and manage your own HR consultancy business, creating new client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
* Provide strategic HR consulting, leadership development and organisational development services to employers across a wide range of sectors.
* Develop and maintain a network of clients, prioritising their needs and ensuring high‑quality consulting support.
* Utilise the franchise’s marketing resources, business development tools and ongoing support to grow your practice.
* Participate in monthly team meetings, one‑to‑one business support sessions and holiday cover arrangements as part of the support package.
Qualifications
* Experienced HR Professional (e.g., HR Director level or similar).
* CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
* Authorized to live and work in the United Kingdom.
* Strong professional consulting, business development and independent working skills.
* Desire for flexible work/life balance and an entrepreneurial mindset.
