Job Description
Eve Hill Medical Practice is a busy, well-established family practice in central Dudley, rated outstanding by the CQC in March 2016. Serving around 8,700 patients, many facing high levels of deprivation and ill-health, the practice is known for its commitment to excellent care and service.

Provide a professional, efficient reception and administrative service to patients, staff, and visitors. Duties include managing appointments (in person, phone, and online), handling enquiries, processing mail and prescriptions, managing patient registrations and records, and supporting clinical teams with clerical tasks. Maintain a tidy reception and clinical area, uphold confidentiality, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Requirements (Essential):
* Must live in or near Dudley (local knowledge essential)
* GCSE A–C or equivalent; NVQ Level 2
* Strong communication and IT skills (MS Word, email, quick learner with new systems)
* Team player with customer service experience
* Confidential, accurate, motivated, and flexible
* Smart appearance and reliable attendance
Desirable:
* AMSPAR or relevant NVQ
* Call centre or NHS/general practice experience
* EMIS Web experience
* Telephone skills training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
