New Business Consultant – North
Reports to: Head of Pro
Location: Field-based, with regular travel to our London HQ.
We put results first, and we’re here to shake up the professional skincare world. Our Pro business is growing fast, and we’re now looking for exceptional Northern based New Business Consultants to join the team.
This role is all about energy, connection and getting out into the industry to meet the partners who will shape our next chapter. You’ll represent Skin Rocks in clinics, salons, spas, mobile, and medi aesthetic settings across the North of England, opening doors, building relationships, and helping partners say:
“Yes. Skin Rocks is for us.”
This isn’t a desk job. This is strategy, presence, and people.
Overview – In this role, you will:
* Visit potential partners nationwide and welcome them into the Pro brand community.
* Deliver high-quality in-person and virtual meetings that convert.
* Present Skin Rocks confidently and support partners in choosing the right opening order.
* Drive new business growth through relationship-building, thoughtful follow-up and smart pipeline management.
* While heavily focused on new business growth, you will also support a small number of existing partners, ensuring they feel connected, supported and set up for continued success.
* Attend industry engagement opportunities and events, representing Skin Rocks with professionalism, energy and presence.
* Represent the brand at key industry events, exhibitions and training days.
* Maintain a clean, accurate and up-to-date Zoho CRM.
* Build long-term partnerships that feel personal, warm and genuinely supportive.
* Work closely with the Sales Consultants, Education team and Customer Service team to provide a seamless partner experience.
What we’re looking for:
* A natural connector who builds trust quickly, both in person and over the phone.
* Proven experience in new business and business development.
* Target driven yet always human, relationships matter as much as results.
* Excellent written communication skills, able to craft clear, warm, professional emails that reflect the Skin Rocks tone of voice.
* Confident presenting to owners, managers and key decision makers.
* Organised, proactive and commercially astute.
* Comfortable travelling to meet partners across the UK.
* Someone who genuinely cares about skin health, professional standards and an industry that inspires.
* Ability to attend meetings and training sessions in London.
* You must hold a full, clean UK driving licence

Annual Basic Salary: Dependent on experience
