This is a unique opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work closely within a small, dedicated team, delivering highly personalised care and making a real difference to one individual’s life. The Role As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care for a single, complex package, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred support. You will play a key role in supporting a young person with trauma-related needs and CAMHS involvement, working closely with the wider MDT, family and care team to ensure consistency, stability and positive outcomes.
