Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week - Van, fuel card + tools
About the role
The successful Customer Care Technician will cover the developments on the south coast with the highest levels of customer service given to our precious customers.
What you will do:
* Take instruction from Customer Care Co-ordinators/Administrators, ensuring all customer appointments are attended on time and any materials required are sourced prior to the appointment
* Complete snagging works on newly occupied new build homes eg taps, basic plumbing, painting, tiling etc.
* Any other ad-hoc maintenance job
* Complete all required paperwork (timesheets) for submission to the Divisional offices, facilitating accurate record keeping
* Carry out inspections of reported defects as and when required and issue a full report with photographs to the Customer Care Co-ordinator/Administrator
What you will have:
Essential
* Experience within a similar role or tiling, plumbing, carpentry background
* A highly competent multi-skilled Tradesperson
* Full UK driving license
* Great time management, organisation, and people skills
* Strong knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve with defects, likely to come from a background in the trades e.g. Painting, Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery
