: Lead Digital Service Designer (Mobile Application)
Location: London (2 days on site)
Duration: 6 Months
Status: Inside IR35
Rate: Circa £/Day
We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to join our Digital Devices lab, a key team responsible for evolving digital experiences and services that enable customers to maximize their online and mobile banking.
Experience and skills required:
1. Building a design community to share knowledge, generate ideas, and embed design principles across product, service, and customer journeys.
2. Experience in leadership, digital delivery, and strategic thinking is essential.
3. Proficiency in customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, creative workshop facilitation, co-creation, storyboarding, service safari, persona development, interviews, and diary studies.
4. Researching and documenting current services and experiences, and prototyping future state services.
5. Leading teams to make informed experience design decisions, prioritizing the user perspective, and challenging constraints.
6. Experience working within Agile environments and proficiency with Figma.
7. Collaborating with data and design analysts to define metrics, measure outcomes and customer impact, and using insights for continuous improvement.
