We’re looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Telford.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in when teachers are away to keep lessons running smoothly. That means:
* Delivering pre-set work
* Keeping behaviour calm and consistent
* Helping pupils stay focused and engaged
* Building great relationships with students and staff
Everything’s prepared for you, you just bring your confidence, energy, and calm presence to keep learning on track.
What you’ll be doing
* Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting pupils, including those with additional needs
* Using ready-made lesson plans to keep learning flowing
What we’re looking for
* Right to work in the UK (passport or BRP + share code)
* An Overseas Police Check if you’ve lived abroad
* Experience working with young people — schools, youth work, coaching, mentoring
* Confident communication and classroom presence
* A calm, professional approach under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
