What You'll Do…
* Architect Workforce Reporting & Analytics: Lead the development and governance of enterprise workforce reporting and analytics frameworks.
* Transform Data into Action: Provide expert analysis and visualisation of people data, turning complex trends into actionable recommendations.
* Guide Executive Decisions: Deliver insights to support executive decision-making across workforce planning, cost management, absenteeism, diversity, and more.
* Ensure Compliance & Transparency: Oversee statutory and external workforce reporting obligations (WGEA, GRI, DJSI, HRRC, Modern Slavery).
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in reporting efficiency, data integration, and compliance dashboards.
* Influence Strategy as a Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategy with data-driven insights.
What You'll Bring…
* Experienced in workforce analytics, compliance reporting, or workforce planning.
* Skilled in Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and managing large-scale data systems.
* A strong problem solver who can balance detail with strategic thinking.
