Primary Care Relationship Manager / GP Liaison Officer | Full-Time | 37.5 Hours | Field-Based
This role is to cover these hospitals: Spire Clare Park (Farnham) | Spire Dunedin (Reading) | Spire Thames Valley (Slough)
Spire Healthcare is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Primary Care Relationship Manager / GP Liaison Officer to strengthen engagement with GP practices and primary care networks across three hospitals. This is a field-based role with regular travel and a car allowance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver targeted primary care engagement plans
Build strong relationships with GPs, PCNs, ICBs and other stakeholders
Organise and deliver educational events, workshops and seminars
Promote Spire services to drive referrals and business growth
Generate leads through networking and face-to-face engagement
Analyse referral data to identify opportunities and measure impact
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide activity reporting
Act as a key point of contact for primary care enquiries and support
Represent Spire at events and within the local healthcare communityWho We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a GP Liaison Officer or Primary Care Relationship Manager
Strong field sales background within healthcare or corporate environments
Demonstrable success in relationship management and business development
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
Good understanding of NHS primary care structures
Full UK driving licenceContract & Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (flexibility required for events and travel)
