The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, youll be travelling to customer sites carrying out EPOS and IT equipment swaps, installations, and maintenance. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

Youll typically work between 08:30 17:30, with jobs scheduled across your allocated area.

?? Important: This is a field-based role with regular travel, so a full clean driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site hardware swaps and installations
• Deliver a professional, customer-first service at all times
• Collect and manage parts from local depots or courier points
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Ensure van stock is controlled, audited, and up to date
