Your impact
With major 2026 growth plans, our UK Water team have a number of newly created roles for civil engineering professionals. In these roles you will work across multiple national client frameworks, delivering everything from strategic planning and catchment management to feasibility studies, outline and detailed design, and construction and operational support, always being at the forefront of the delivery of the biggest water and supply projects in a generation, tackling the UK's most challenging water problems.
The possibilities are endless, with roles available across Senior, Principal and Lead. Your remit will include:
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver detailed design solutions alongside discipline integration for clean water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects
* Support design-and-build delivery across multiple frameworks
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance
* Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards
* Mentor and support colleagues through their professional development
* Drive innovation and sustainability in water sector engineering
Qualifications
* Civil engineer with knowledge in and experience of detailed design and design-and-build execution for water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects
* Ability to deliver civil engineering inputs to multidisciplinary projects, at specific design stages or across full project lifecycles
* Experience in the water, wastewater engineering, effluent treatment sectors
* Working towards, or at Chartered / Incorporated Engineer status with a professional body (ICE or CIWEM)
* Curious about emerging technologies and a strong interest in sustainability
